Client Cancellation 
If you are not feeling well, or someone in your household is sick, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. There will be no penalties for cancellations at this time. 

Practitioner Cancellation

It is required that all practitioners who are sick, or have a family member who is sick, to stay home. This could result in your appointment being canceled/rescheduled. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this might cause. Your health and safety will always be top priority. 


Tardiness
Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot be extended. Please be on time for your appointment​. If you arrive late, we will only provide the service for the remainder of your scheduled time.


Cancellation Policy

When you schedule an appointment at Blissful we are reserving that time just for you. We will not book any one else in your spot. Because of this you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.​

  • We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, you must give us a 24-hour notice. If you do not, you will be liable for the cost of your session. If your session is prepaid or was paid with a gift certificate, you will forfeit paid funds or your gift certificate.


  • A credit card on file is required to hold an appointment for any new clients. The only exception will be if you are using a gift certificate to pay for your appointment. Proof of gift certificate will be required.


  • Cancellation messages left on the voice mail within the 24 hour window DO count and no charges will apply.


  • There are no refunds on gift certificates. There are no expiration dates on gift certificates. Vouchers that are part of a promotion or given as a donation may have an expiration date 1 year from the date it was issued.


  • We do provide exceptions in cases of emergency that will be determined on a case by case basis.
