New Covid-19 Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation 
I have modified my cancellation policy due to the uncertainty of COVID-19. If you are not feeling well, or someone in your household is sick, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. There will be no penalties for cancellations at this time. 

Practitioner Cancellation

It is required that all practitioners who are sick, or have a family member who is sick, to stay home. This could result in your appointment being canceled/rescheduled. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience this might cause.

Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot be extended at this time due to the new and existing in-depth cleaning protocols. Please be on time for your appointment​.

Cancellation Policy

When you schedule an appointment at Blissful we are reserving that time just for you. We will not book any one else in your spot. Because of this you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.​

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

  • No- shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

  • If you arrive late your session will still end at the scheduled time, meaning your session will unfortunately be shorter. Full price will still be charged for the scheduled service. 

  • Cancellation policy still applies even when making an appointment for the same day.

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice but someone else fills the spot you had reserved, your cancellation fee is waived. 

  • We do provide exceptions in cases of emergency but that will be determined on a case by case basis.
